Terms and 
Conditions

SERVICING AREAS

​

  • We are located in Caddens d residential neighbourhood located 49 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD, in the local government area of the City of Penrith. We cover the surrounding suburbs with no travel charge within 30 kms from our base.  If the venue is located more than 30 kms, there is an extra charge . ( 31-60kms $50.00; 61kms-90kms $100 )

 PAYMENTS

  • Prices on packages and adds-on are all current on the websites 

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the package price is required to secure the date. The booking date will be confirmed once the deposit is received by CHARMS & CLICK PHOTOBOOTH

  • A full payment is required one week or 7 days to the event date

  • Any partial or full payment made in the invoice by the hirer is deemed that the Terms and Conditions has been reviewed and agreed upon.

 

 DATE CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

  • Any changes on the event date is subject to the availability of the Photo Pod and requires a written request/notice via email within 14 days prior to the customer’s/ hirer’s event.

  • Cancellations requires a written request/notice within 14 days and any deposits made will not be refunded.

  • For any unforeseen circumstances, if the hirer cancels a booking and a full payment has been made, a 50% of the total amount of the package will be refunded

 

 

 ACCESS, SPACE AND POWER REQUIREMENTS

  • ​The hirer (customer) will arrange for an appropriate space for the photobooth at the event venue.  A minimum floor area of 3m x 3m (9 ft 10 inches) is required, as this includes space for the photobooth, photo strips printer, backdrop stand and props table.

  • ​It is highly recommended that the set - up be assigned against a wall as we have the backdrop stand to be added.

  • For the power supply, an AC outlet that accepts a three-pronged plug is required and allow easy access at least 13 ft and/or closer to the photobooth.

PRIVACY

​

  • All personal data and information collected by CHARMS & CLICK PHOTOBOOTH will be treated and remain confidential.

  • CHARMS & CLICK PHOTOBOOTH is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

HIRING, DELIVERY AND SERVICE

​

  • Delivery, set up and removal of the photobooth equipment are included in the services and these will be outside the hire period.  CHARMS & CLICK PHOTOBOOTH will require at least about 1.5 hours or earlier to set up prior to the hire time to ensure everything is smooth running.

  • In the event that CHARMS & CLICK PHOTOBOOTH is not ready to start at the agreed time of the event due to our fault and /or any delays and due to that the venue does not allow access on time, we will still provide the agreed hire time by extending the service.

  • If the venue is in the higher level, please ensure there is a lift access due to the heavy equipment as it is not possible for the booth attendant to carry up to the stairs.

  • The hirer will be liable for any damage caused to the equipment within the duration of the hire.

USE OF IMAGES

​

  • When hiring our service, the hirer gives CHARMS & CLICK PHOTOBOOTH permission to use the images taken during the event on our websites, Facebook and Instagram pages and for any other advertising purposes.  Otherwise please advise our office before the event and we will not use the   images which are not suitable and damaging to any person/s.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

​

  • Health and safety of everyone, be all the guests and staff is CHARMS & CLICK PHOTOBOOTH concerns.  Any event or incident that results hazards or risk including abusive behaviour, misuse of the equipment that will result to damage and harm to people will not be tolerated.  CHARMS & CLICK PHOTOBOOTH reserves the right to discontinue the service and will not be liable for not finishing the hire under the Agreement.

INDEMNIFICATION

​

  • CHARMS & CLICK PHOTOBOOTH will not be liable for failing to perform under the Agreement by the unforeseen events beyond our control, including venue equipment failure, threat, power outage, fire and other natural calamities, accidents and any other events resulting to disruptions to our service.

  • The hirer agrees that in all circumstances, the liability of CHARMS & CLICK PHOTOBOOTH is limited to an amount equal to the booking cost of the services.

  • A digital copy of all photos taken during the event will be sent via email with a link through fotoshare cloud within 7 days after the event date. The online gallery will remain in our file for 3 months and please ensure to download your digital

  • For any equipment fault, we will fix and restore the service as soon as possible and if the outage exceeds 30 minutes or more, a refund will be organized at a pro rata rate.
